Refund policy
We accept returns for non-bespoke items within 14 days of delivery.
However, due to their custom nature, bespoke items are non-refundable.
All items pass quality checks before being dispatched therefore we will not accept any claim of fault on the item(s).All item(s) are photographed and video before dispatch. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear and/or as a result of accidental damage by the client, are not refundable.Merchandise items should be returned, unused and with all garment tags still attached. Our branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
